I'm not really sure why or how this is the only Dunkin' Donuts where the calibrations for cream, sugar et al, are different from all other franchises. The quality control and consistency of this particular location is confounding (and frustrating.)
I go 2 to 3 times a week. Staff have been amazing every time, I've never had any complaints. Super friendly
I've been going there at least once a week for 2 years now and they haven't once messed up my order and always have extra sesame, poppy and everything bagels around at lunch time.
Dunkies. The kids at the counter are coyrteous, friendly, and generally efficient. Selection is what you expect. Parking lot is convenient. Often crowded on weekends when local weekend shift workers and suburban sports teams converge. Easy to spot from the road.
Upper scale dunkin. Nice inside, with comfy chairs. Shares building with home loans company. No drive thru.
